Since Tempur-Pedic considers its pillows personal items, they’re non-returnable and don’t come with a trial.
The cool-touch SmartClimate cover is removable and machine-washable for easy laundering.
Discounts are rare, but you may be able to save money during the occasional Tempur-Pedic sale.
The fill is a 90/10 blend of Tempur Material and polyester fibers.
A 5-year limited warranty is included, but there are no returns if you buy direct from Tempur-Pedic.
In our case, it also meant there was no obvious off-gassing smell to deal with.

The top side is smooth and flat, preventing the texture of the shredded fill from poking through.
Our tester preferred the slick, flat surface because it provided a bit more support.
Meanwhile, the netted material on the ‘bottom’ had no obvious cooling effect.

Tempur Material is resilient, and our tester’s pillow snapped back into place every morning.
Throughout the review period, we only needed to reshape the pillow occasionally.
The material had no pulls and the cooling sensation remained.
The Tempur-Adjust ProAdapt Pillow feels cool to the touch.
Should you buy the Tempur-Adapt ProAdjust Pillow?
This is a nice pillow to sink into after a long day.
The medium firmness of its shredded fil and customizable loft will appeal to almost any punch in of sleeper.
The cover is machine-washable in cold water.
Despite its relatively low price, all materials used are GreenGuard Gold and Certi-PUR US certified.
Just expect to fluff this pillow more than you would the ProAdjust.
