The stronger these muscles are, the more supported your entire body will be.
What muscles are responsible for posture?
With the exception of the plank, each exercise should be done for 10-15 repetitions.
If an exercise alternates between sides, perform 10-15 repetitions on each side.
Beginners should aim to complete one set of each exercise.
If youre no stranger to a good workout, aim for three sets.
