It catches my eye instantly.
Zooming into the shot further reveals how the Galaxy S24 Ultra is better equipped.

I have to credit OnePlus new image processing algorithms and AI-enhancements that draw out the sharper details.
At 5x zoom, the two phones are evenly matched with the wooden sign I shot above.
The Galaxy S24 Ultra’s better dynamic range performance is on display here, producing the brighter picture.

However, I’m astounded by their difference at longer zooms.

This is the single area where OnePlus devices have all failed to impress me, but not anymore.

Both photos expose the scene nicely to draw out the details around the tree and its branches.
With all eyes on the Galaxy S25 Ultra, Samsung cant afford to only make minor improvements.
