Fortunately, iPhones give you the flexibility to manage location sharing.
Turning off location sharing is really straightforward.
Turn off location sharing for all apps

Go to configs
On your iPhone,navigate to the configs app.
Go to Privacy & Security
Scroll down and tapPrivacy & Security, thenselect Location Services.
Turn off location sharing for specific apps

Scroll through the list of appsandselect the one you want to manage.
Disable location sharing
UnderAllow Location Access, selectNeverto disable location sharing for that app.
If you want to share your approximate location rather than your precise location, toggle offPrecise Locationfor added privacy.
Turn off location sharing with a specific person

Go to Find My
Open theFind Myapp on your iPhone.
Select People
Select thePeopletab.Locate and tap the name of the personyou want to stop sharing with.
Stop location sharing
Scroll downand tapStop Sharing My Location.
From this point on, the person will no longer receive updates about your location.
