This year has been a very big year for AI on phones.

It was only a matter of time before AI became more or less ubiquitous on phones.

Ive avoided a lot of similar features on my phone for a long time.

I mean virtual assistants likeSiri, Alexa and Google Assistant.

Theres a big difference in the functionality on offer from AI chatbots and virtual assistants.

Google Pixel 9 256 GB

As for the times where thats not possible I tend to just… wait.

Since Im only 33, it seems Ive beaten that milestone by a couple of years.

No asking ChatGPT or Gemini for information and summaries.

Verizon

Ive used that subscription once so far, and that was only to double-check it was actually working.

Google Pixel 9

Only 16.8% of iPhone owners would swap to Samsung for better AI, though.
